Welcome to Our School Community!
We’re excited to have you join our Pleasantville family! This page is your go-to resource for getting started. Whether you're enrolling your child for the first time or transferring from another school, we’re here to help make the process smooth and simple.
First: Register with HISD online. http://houstonisd.org/enroll Create an account if you do not have one. Ensure that you select the 2025-26 academic school year.
Second: Plan to come to the campus to complete Pleasantville specific documents, and provide the following documents:
- Copy of student’s birth certificate
- Copy of student’s immunization record.
- Copy of student’s social security card
- Copy of parent’s driver license
- Proof of Residency: this could be-
- Current electric bill showing residential service.
- Current gas or water bill showing residential service.
- Lease Agreement. We need the entire lease agreement if you currently lease a house or apartment. All lease agreements will be verified with the landlord.
If Applicable
- Proof of grade level (for entering 1st - 5th grade): Copy of most recent report card
- Withdrawal form (if enrolling 2 weeks after the start of school)
- Gifted & Talented identification matrix even if did not qualify
- LEP/ESL/504/IAT/IEP/Special Education documents
- Certified copy of divorce decree/custodial documentation
- Previous school/private testing or reports
